about me

Hello! My name is Eli Millner and I am a photographer and videographer. I am currently 18 years old and a freshman at the University of Colorado. I am employed by the Colorado Football Team as a videographer and Colorado Athletics as a photographer.

My photography career started during my Junior year of high school after taking a photography class. I instantly fell in love with photography and I quickly became comfortable behind a camera.  I would mostly take pictures of sports until I joined my school's yearbook and magazine called The Globe.  Senior year, I was chosen to be the Photo Editor for both the yearbook and The Globe. I enjoy shooting sports, wildlife, portraits, concerts, and pretty much anything else you can think of. In addition to photography, I was the supervising producer for The Greyhound News Network, a weekly student led video production.

I am passionate about media because I feel that if used correctly, it can be a powerful tool to bring people together. I have always loved that a photograph can make the viewer feel a certain way and spread a message without a language barrier. Photography and videography are also so important to me because of their ability to document and capture a one time moment. I see my photography and videography as a way to capture memories for the athletes and musicians as well as myself.
